Well worth the price!

I never would have imagined how much of a difference these footbeds would make. I always knew my skates had cheap ones in them, but never knew how much of a difference switching them would be. I feel more balanced on my skates, and can definitely recommend them to anyone.

The "Dr. Sholl's" of hockey...

I am currently wearing Bauer One-95's, and the factory footbed in those skates is dissapointing at best. I skate barefoot, and after every game, they would fall out, and eventually curl up to the point of being uncomfortable. I purchased Superfeet about 6 months ago, and they literally have not budged. They are comfortable, and do exactly what I need them to do. My only complaint (at the time) was the fairly high price tag that comes along with this product. $30 seemed a bit high for a footbed, although if I knew they would last this long, then I would have realized they were well worth it. When I get new skates, there is a 100% chance I will be buying some new Superfeet.

SUPERFEET!!!!!

I have been looking at these and doing my research for some time. I finally pulled the trigger and couldn't be happier. I was having problems with my feet (achy, sore arch, pressure on the ball of the foot). These cured the problems. they made a world of difference. Most referees do many games a day or several within a few days, so having skates/footbeds that feel comfortable and perform well is a must. These SUPERFEET actually do make a difference and are worth the $39.99. I use them with the Vapor X60, you would think Bauer would include a decent sole with a $600 pair of skates. Unless something better comes out, i will continue to use these with future skate purchases.

Superfeet Footbeds

I had my new RBK 11k's and loved them, but I like my skates really tight, and when I would tie them, it would start to collapse my arch. My feet didn't hurt at all in the skates but when i took them off my arches would kill me. Swapped in superfeet and the pain was instantly gone and comfort actually improved. The skates fit a little different after swapping the footbeds though, but nothing major, didn't need to rebreak them in.

Hey wheres my superfeet?

After getting my son a new pair of Vapor XXXX,s I put them on his feet in the dressing room and he instantly chirped "Hey where is my SUPERFEET?" So I had to buy a new set because his old ones were trimmed down too small for the size 2 skate. My 7 yr old does not understand the science, he just knows he wants them.

Superfeet work

You can go buy a Bauer flexlite RP4 and the insole in the skate, is basically the same compared to the insoles in the total one, besides two small reinforcements on the bottom.
40$ with a 60 day guarantee, how can you go wrong.

Superfeet are NOT an arch support, the inside conforms to the arch to prevent the foot, from excessive pronation.

must buy

Superfeet footbeds are a must buy. They deffinately help with arch supports, and i find i have a better stride because of them. They feel good and are highly durable. Ive out them through 5 seasons of rep hockey and they are just as good as the day i bought them. Deffinately a must have.

must buy

These insoles really help with relieving any foot pain you may be experiencing. My one95s made my feet cramp a little bit, but once i put these insoles in the pain went away. They really help your arch support and makes skating more comfortable. Everyone should invest in these insoles. They are worth every penny.

Based on comments and personal experience people put non stock foot beds after baking.

I can only deduce, that you may get the best fit/form if you bake with the footbeds you are planning to use.

Good luck and hope you would like this product.

thanks.

makes sense. They don't have Superfeet at the hockey store so I need to bring scissors so I can trim against the original footbed before baking.

What did it do to your stance?

is the superfeet yellow or the stock bauer X50 foot bed better in your opinions?
Posted: 2 years, 3 months ago by mskurgs #1029
Some players will not like these, largely because they are designed to support the foot and prevent it from spreading out when you stand and put weight on your feet. I have a tough time finding skates that fit my very wide feet. The Superfeet were recommended by the local hockey shop after I finally found skates that came close to fitting me but still weren't quite right. What a difference! My skates fit perfectly now. And just to answer the question regarding putting the Superfeet in before or after baking, the staff at the Source for Sports where I bought my skates and insoles had me put in the Superfeet AFTER thermoforming.
