CCM Vector V04 Pants Review

Got the pants for the 09/10 season and they're actually really nice for a "low number" pant. Maybe the best pants I've had. Some lack of protection, but I'll take that.

Comfort*
They stay in place and is easy to move in. I demand no more.

Durability*
I've had mine for a season now, and they got no rips or holes or stuff like that, which actually surprises me. I've had some skates "walking" on top of em, pucks shot at me and times where I really thought they got ripped to pieces, but no, no sign of that.

Fit*
Fits nicely. The belt works nicely and doesn't come undone like some might do. And just in case, the Velcro is there to keep them in place.

Flexibility*
Really good.I'd say mainly because the lack of bulky protection.

Protection*
These pants may be really comfortable, but that is at the sacrifice of protection. The front of the legs, the belt (top part in general) and tail bone is well protected, but the inside and the back of your legs is poorly protected...
But heck, I'll take these before the V08 ANY day.

Visual Looks*
Daemn. They just might be the prettiest pants I've seen. Got em in Navy and the overall shape of em is nice.

Weight*
Light, really nice.

Overall I really like em. I'd like to try the V06's to compare how the protection is. Tried the V08's and did not like em at all. Too bulky and hard to move in. One big piece of ass-protection.

People in "Senior series" often see em as "too light", but I really like em since the great movement they give you, so don't stare yourself blind at higher numbers.
