Bauer 8500 Wire Cage Review Hot

This cage isnt that good at all, the only good thing about it is chin cup is pretty comfortable but the cage just looks terrible the oval design doesnt make a difference in my opinion, so if i were you id stick with CCM, and Itech they look great and have as much visibility as the bauer cages.

I personally don't like the Bauer cages. I mostly just don't like them by the way they look, I like the CCM cages more becasue they don't bulge out and what not. So I would go with a CCM cage instead.

This 8500 cage is the best cage you can possibly put on your helmet. If you are a person with a black (birdcage) then when you switch to this amazing creation you will be amazed! You know when you unstrap your helmet and your cage pulls your helmet down? Well this cage is so light it doesn't! it looks amazing on my Cascade M11 and on any helmet I've seen it on! Now I have seen rust on some other people's 8500 but I've had mine for 2 seasons and it hasn't even started to rust so I'm purely speaking from my own experience when I give it a 5 star there. This Face-Mask is really good. In comparison to a "normal" cage, the vision trough it is really much better! I wear it now a long time and don't even think of wearing a visor because this face mask (Bauer 8500) is so great!
And: yes you can mount this on a CCM-Helmet for example!
