The concept that they have is good but there is some problem with execution. I have three hockey players in my house and have ordered over $1500 worth of gear over 10 days on 6 seperate orders. Unfortunately there have been several issues getting the things that when ordering are "in inventory" but when it comes time to ship the items just don't make it. The online receipt shows shipped but the items do NOT arrive. Multiple phone calls, emails and chats were required to get some satisfaction. The customer service people are great but I feel that the system they work within lets them down. I have yet to have any order filled in less than 2-3 days and then add another day or two to actually get it into the hands of UPS. This all leads to long times to get products.

I love the rewards program and free return shipping as a Platinum Breakaway member.

I would like to see a better way to reach managemnt to resolve issues and better prices for expedited shipping.

On my first pair of skates, they arrived defective an later than originally quoted due to some issues noted above. When found to be defective the replacement was sent and needed to be expedited to ensure they arrived by the time I needed them. I placed the original order 2 weeks before I needed them but the first pair did not arrive for more than a week after the order this requiring the expedite. As it turns out the customer is charged for expediting even if the mistake is not the customers. I had to pay $94 for overnight shipping becuase of a defective product which only weighed 5 pounds and a small package. UPS price was less than that but that is what TH charged. I should not have had to pay at all... I'm still waiting for TH to amend this issue as I have no intention on paying that amount for a mistake/issue that was no fault of the customer.

I read all the reviews before I started using TH and felt confident that this would be a good experience but I am still waiting for the good experience. I hope it gets better or IW is getting all my business.

Very nice selection on their site. Here are some things that set them apart.

1. Rewards program is top notch. Joining it rewards you with discounts for purchases as well as free return shipping. That's right FREE return shipping.

2. Shipping was very fast and tracking via UPS was top notch. Free shipping on any order over $150 is also a plus. Couple that with the free return shipping on a Platinum rewards card and you get the best options on the web. I live about 4 hours away and anything ordered is usually here in 2 days.

3. Customer service is always responsive and the chat service is reliable and customer friendly.

Overall I am more than pleased with my purchases from Total Hockey and they will continue to be my first stop when shopping for equipment this holiday season.

This is a pretty good website they have fair shipping, but they pay way too much for shipping and tax.

I have never ordered from the site but seeing as how I have one right down the street I don't need to. They have some of the greatest selection any place can offer. Their customer service is great they will help you with whatever you may need or if you have questions on sizing gear and stuff like that. I will for sure be there and buy more stuff in the future. One of my favorite places to shop at women can have their malls and stuff as long as I get to go to total hockey I am content. If you have any problems with products you can take it their and they will help you. They also do skate sharpening in store which is nice. I love going there and suggest any one else to go there if you don't have one by you then order off their site. I like this company a lot.

This is my favorite site to order from. The rewards program is great (I'm a Gold Member,no pun please!),the pricing is great as well. One time they didn't have the pair of gloves I ordered anymore,but the customer service was great and I was able to choose a different pair. Shipping does take a while,but it's fairly far away so I over look that. Easily my favorite site on the web for hockey gear!

I buy from here and Hockeymonkey the most. Hockeymonkey has the best organized site by far. But totalhockey rewards program (I'm a Gold member) makes them the best. Free shipping for $99 or more, and low handling fees.

Most competive prices on the web. Sometime their selection limited, but carry the good stuff. Just wish the site was better organized.

Finally they have their own branded boxes, do a great job packaging, and have all the forms and reciepts you would ever need exchange anything. You get automated shipping updates - very nice.
