Having done TONS of business with Ice Warehouse, I can say that they are hands down the best ones out there. Their customer service is unrivaled, and having exchanged a few items for different sizes, I can say that their exchange/return policy is first rate as well. I wouldn't look anywhere else for my equipment needs!

I've never had to return anything, so I'll just assume that their returns and customer service are as efficient as the rest of their operation.

This is literaly my favorite favorite website for hockey equipment they have very fast shipping, one time i ordered alot of stuff to prepare myself for next season and they came in 3days like they promised and it was ground shipping.........

This is by far my most preferred site to shop on. Ice/Inline warehouse is top notch in every aspect of the company. Their reviews are very good for what you need. They are very fast shipping, the prices are the cheapest you will find on any site. And if you spend enough its free shipping. I will continue to do my business with IW! And I suggest others to order from this company as well.

Can't say enough good things about IW. I've ordered from hockey monkey and hockey giant many times as well. Every time I order from IW, I get my stuff within 24hrs if I place the order before 11am (I live in SoCal). They don't charge shipping if you spent over $100...and you can tell if the item is in stock before you order unlike hockey giant which ships stuff seperatly and at random times (up to 2 weeks). There are no re-stocking fees like hockey monkey and you have 365 days to return the item. If you call, the staff is helpful and well-knowleged.

I've never had a problem ordering from IW. The free shipping over $99 is great thing to have,and there's no handling charges. Great site and I would definitely order from again.
