Great site. Shipping could be faster/cheaper

I've ordered several times from HockeyGiant and have been to their Bloomington superstore a few times when visiting Minnesota. The only problem that I have with HockeyGiant is their shipping. It's a shame that I have to pay $10+ in shipping on any item, big or small.

For example, no local hockey stores here in Florida carry Reebok Edge practice jerseys. I wanted to order a few and sadly, I paid just as much in Shipping charges as the jersey itself. While I appreciate the safety, speediness and security of FedEx shipments the jersey could've easily be shipped via USPS for $5 or less. Oh well. From here on out I will have to place bigger orders to save on shipping.

Other than that, HockeyGiant is great.

Hockeygiant

This is great website with lots of equipment you dont see on other sites, but the shipping takes like 4days to send but still great.

HockeyGiant.com Review

I have ordered a few things from hockey giant. And I have yet to have a problem with them. Although the biggest problem I have is their shipping prices seem to be more then others. But other then that they shipped quick and never messed up an order. I would deal with this company again.

Not Canadian Friendly

We use to buy stuff from hockey giant all the time, it was great in the beginning, fast shipping and no hassle. Then came the we can't ship Nike Bauer era. We use to ship to a post office and pick up our order across the boarder, they soon didn't accept CDN credit cards or Canadian Based US credit cards. Eventually we just gave up ordering from them, we even went down to the states to apply for a credit card to order products but eventually we got so fed up we didn't even order anything.

Now they try to scam you by jacking up their prices...and reducing them to a "sale" price every time a holiday rolls around. Don't get me wrong, things are still cheap from this site...just good luck getting them to ship it if you're Canadian.
I also realize there is a hockeygiant.ca. but prices there are ridiculous

Unfortunately I have not had such a good experience. I ordered a couple jerseys with heat pressed numbers for a rec type league, and the service was pretty horrible.

I ordered on a Saturday, expecting them to process and ship by Tuesday at the latest, and I expected to get my order on Friday or Saturday.

Turns out they didn't process the order til Thursday, and they didn't ship til the next Monday. I didn't receive my order until Thursday. To me, a week to process and ship items in stock, with no communication, is not acceptable.

This has kind of turned me away from Hockey Giant, and I use Hockey Monkey or Kemps to order online now.

If anyone decides to purchase from Hockey Giant, I'd suggest calling in your order and making sure it gets processed immediately.
