AMAZING PRODUCT

These Skates are amazing, from the first time using them they have been great. At first they take some getting used to, my feet were a little sore after, but once broken in after a couple practices, the preformed great. They are a stiff boot, making them very responsive on the ice, also great if blocking a few shots. They make you feel faster after the first time using them, mainly due to the light weight and stiff boot design. I will, and have recommended these skates or similar models to a few friends, and will continue to do so.

U+ = must buy

this skate is definetly the best ive ever had it is very light and supports u very well ...... there were a couple problems that i noticed with my u+ tho first of all the tongue seemed way to small which i guess depends on preference but i thought it was too small, and tht the mesh on the outside tore up very quickly on my skates but really doesnt effect you unless u want ur skates to look good as new all the time ...... overall these are the best skates i have ever had.

Since this review is out dated i have had the chance to see the new version of the u+ and they have fixed every problem tht i had with them and with the new deal of getting the crazy light free with them they are a must buy and i will be getting the new version of these skates within the next month

U+ Review

it is a great skate and the lightest skate out... but i recommend putting lightspeeds L2s instead of the runners... but out them in as soon as they need sharpening because you will see that the lightspeeds are soo much better but apart from that an amazing skate

B/B+

I feel that the boot is stiffer than the top of the line skates from CCM's competitors (which I like). I originaly had a lot of lace bite from these skates. I complained to CCM, they told me send them back to Montreal where CCM removed and replaced the tonge. (no charge). They took the light weight thin tonge out and replaced with the thicker foam tonge. I rebaked them, Now they are great. The material on the boot has had some durability issues. The material tears easily. I have had to replace the "rocker runner". I chose to stay away from those...no reason really. Over all a good skate. It looks like they worked out all the kinks in the 09 model. Notice different tonge, skate material and minus the rocker runner.

nice skates :)

i just recently got these skates and i love them they are so much better then my old one30s they are alot lighter and stiffer and they are pretty durable but the carbon fiber bottom on mine on the one corner is chipping away and really dont have any complaints about these skates they mold really good i remember when the guy handed them to me hot out of the oven i grabbed them by the tendon protector and it bent right backwords and my thumb squished right into the foam. they are just wonderful skates cant complain they also feel really good on my foot to there also an affordable skate to they dont cost alot but perform very well
